A 3-judge appeals courtroom panel is permitting development of President Donald Trump’s White Home ballroom to proceed — for now.
In a choice late Friday, the panel granted an administrative keep of an earlier injunction blocking above-ground development of the White Home ballroom.

Leon revised his ruling this week — after the appeals courtroom dominated that he wanted to make clear his order — to say that security-related work might go on, notably under floor.
