2025 NFL AFC, NFC Title Odds: Patriots, Seahawks Favored to Make Big Game

At this point in the NFL season, only four teams have the privilege of even seeing their name on an oddsboard.

With that, let’s look at the odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Jan. 19 for which two teams will win their respective conferences and meet in the Super Bowl, as well as what to know about the AFC and NFC championship race.

    AFC Conference winner

    No. 2 Patriots @ No. 1 Broncos

    Spread: Patriots -5.5
    Moneyline: Patriots -250, Broncos +205
    O/U: 40.5

What to know: You have to assume Denver would be favored at home in this game if not for the season-ending injury to quarterback Bo Nix. However, Nix’s season is indeed over, after he fractured his ankle near the end of the Broncos’ divisional-round win over the Bills. With that, Jarrett Stidham will start for Denver. He did not throw a single pass this season, appearing under center for a single snap back in Week 8. Over the course of his six-year career, he’s started four games — two for the Raiders and two for the Broncos.

This will be Stidham’s first start in two years.

The Patriots come into the AFC title game having gotten past the best defense in the NFL in the Texans. It didn’t hurt that Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud had four interceptions and running back Woody Marks lost a fumble.

New England is looking to make it back to the Super Bowl for the first time since going nine times between 2001 and 2018, led by Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. As for the Broncos, they look to return to the Super Bowl after making it in both 2013 and 2015.

    NFC Conference winner

    No. 5 Rams @ No. 1 Seahawks

    Spread: Seahawks -2.5
    Moneyline: Seahawks -155, Rams +130
    O/U: 47.5

What to know: The NFC West will represent the conference in the Super Bowl, regardless of what happens in this game.

For the third time this season, Seattle and Los Angeles will take the field together, with a trip to San Francisco on the line. The Rams beat the Seahawks in L.A. in Week 11, 21-19, forcing Sam Darnold into four interceptions. Then, in their Week 16 matchup in Seattle, L.A. led 30-14 in the fourth quarter before the Seahawks stormed back, forced the game into overtime, and won 38-37.

So far this postseason, the Rams have emerged victorious on the road twice. They beat the Panthers in Carolina in the wild-card round (34-31), then eked past the Bears in overtime in Chicago in the Divisional Round (20-17). Seattle, on the other hand, got the wild-card bye, and then blasted the 49ers in the Divisional Round 41-6.

L.A. will look to make its third Super Bowl appearance since 2018. Seattle will look to make its first Super Bowl appearance since making it in back-to-back years in 2013 and 2014.
