    Judge orders 3 families returned to US after finding agents used ‘lies’ to deport them

    Decide Sabraw wrote that in a July 2025 check-in, the mom mentioned she “needed to surrender” as a result of she “more and more felt that [she] couldn’t survive within the U.S. underneath these circumstances.”
