    This report highlights a typical observe in addressing social issues, that of making use of the hardhearted strategy of criminalization. I’ve heard many occasions that we have to be tougher on “them” — on this case, the “them” being the unhoused. There are politicians and lots of within the public who assume that criminalizing the unhoused will magically get rid of homelessness. We simply have to be harsher in how we deal with them and cease enabling them by giving them free stuff.
