Again on Nov. 28, Dallas Cowboys proprietor and common supervisor Jerry Jones raised eyebrows when he suggested he provided the New York Jets star pass-rusher Micah Parsons and a first-round draft choose in change for defensive deal with Quinnen Williams forward of the season.
