Apple has accused OpenAI of getting access to beneficial inside info by way of the hiring of its former workers.
In a federal lawsuit filed on Friday, Apple sued the synthetic intelligence (AI) firm, two of its workers, in addition to io Merchandise, claiming it has engaged in “a sample of theft” of Apple’s confidential product growth and associated work.
