Bitcoin is an important asset in two of Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth funds, in line with regulatory filings.

Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Funding Firm disclosed Friday that it held a $490 million stake in BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Belief — the second-largest single holding throughout its total 13F portfolio.

And a Thursday submitting from the Abu Dhabi Funding Council, one other state-run fund, revealed a $273.6 million place within the widespread Bitcoin exchange-traded fund. The stake is the largest place in its portfolio.
