Paramilitary Group in Sudan Agrees to Stop-Fireplace Proposal
The paramilitary group Speedy Assist Forces agreed to a cease-fire proposal after rising condemnation of atrocities in Darfur. Sudan’s army reiterated its dedication to defeat the R.S.F. by means of drive, exhibiting no signal of agreeing to the proposal.

“Because the R.S.F. made a serious incursion into town on the twenty third of October, we’ve acquired horrendous quantities of abstract executions, mass killings, rapes, assaults towards returning staff, looting, abductions and compelled displacement.”
