On a wild afternoon at Indianapolis Motor Speedway that featured rain, late-race crashes and a late cross for the win, Connor Zilisch emerged because the victor.
Zilisch bought round Taylor Grey with two laps to go and scored his fifth win of the season, his third consecutive and the a centesimal for JR Motorsports.
“He is an excellent little driver,” staff proprietor Dale Earnhardt Jr. instructed CW Sports activities.
“That is superior,” Zilisch instructed CW Sports activities. “These bricks look actually kissable. It is so cool to get JRM 100 wins.”
The race featured a number of situations of inclement climate and two controversial incidents involving Kyle Larson and Justin Allgaier and Austin Hill and Aric Almirola.
